Lighting Setup

Since a lookbook is designed to show off all the detail in the outfits, the lighting setup chosen was a clean & even one. 2 Bowens Gemini 500pro were used on either side of the model: One was set up at head height with a beauty dish, and the other was set up on the opposite side with a 1m x 1m softbox. The softbox and beauty dish provided a good balance of focused and soft lighting - which ensured even lighting, with a bit of shadow for the texture in the clothing to show. 

In outfits where a lot of texture was present, a 3rd light was placed on the side of the model. This was modified simply, using a grid and barn-doors (to keep it off the model's face and the floor) and it created some highlights to further accentuate the outfit's texture.
